Is My Payment Information Secure?

Yes. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of security certification in the payments industry. Your credit card number and payment details are never stored on Wax Trader servers. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption.

Saved Payment Methods

You can save payment methods to your account for faster checkout in the future. Saved payment methods are stored securely by Stripe — Wax Trader only stores a reference token, never your actual card details. You can manage your saved payment methods from your account settings.

Multi-Seller Orders

If your cart contains items from multiple sellers, each seller's items are processed as a separate payment transaction. This is standard for marketplace platforms and ensures each seller receives their payment independently. You will see one charge per seller on your bank or credit card statement.

Pricing & Fees for Buyers

There are no buyer fees on Wax Trader. The price you see on a listing is the price you pay, plus applicable sales tax based on your shipping location. Shipping is always free.
