These Terms govern your access to the Wax Trader website and services (the “Platform”), operated by Wax Trader LLC. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Wax Trader provides product information and links to listings offered by third-party merchants. Wax Trader does not sell, own, possess, authenticate, fulfill, or ship the products displayed on the Platform, and does not process payments for those products.
Product data, images, listing details, and estimated totals are provided for research and comparison. We may correct, update, remove, or reorganize this information at any time.
Following an outbound link takes you to a third-party service, currently eBay. Any purchase is made directly through that service and is governed by its terms and the merchant’s listing. The third-party merchant and platform control final price, taxes, payment, availability, shipping, authenticity claims, returns, refunds, and disputes.
Wax Trader is not a party to that transaction and does not provide buyer protection or guarantees for it. Review the merchant’s listing and applicable third-party policies before purchasing.
Prices and availability can change between data refreshes. An estimated total generally combines the item price and shipping amount available to Wax Trader, but may exclude tax, destination-specific or calculated shipping, currency conversion, and other charges. The amount shown by the third-party merchant at the time of purchase controls.
Wax Trader participates in affiliate programs, including the eBay Partner Network. We may earn a commission when you follow an eligible eBay link and complete a qualifying purchase. Affiliate compensation does not create a separate charge from Wax Trader to you. This disclosure applies to eligible outbound eBay links throughout the Platform.
Certain features, such as profiles, preferences, saved products, and notifications, require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.
You may not use the Platform to violate law, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that burdens our systems, attempt unauthorized access, or submit harmful or misleading content.
Wax Trader’s software, design, compilation, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, images, marks, and third-party listing content belong to their respective owners. No affiliation or endorsement is implied unless expressly stated.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, Wax Trader disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and the quality or authenticity of third-party products.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Wax Trader will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, or losses arising from a third-party listing or transaction. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid directly to Wax Trader for the Platform during the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend access, discontinue features, or update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised date. Florida law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
