Filing a claim is simple. Here is the process from start to finish.

Go to your Purchase History and reach out to the seller through the Wax Trader messaging system. Include your order details, a description of the problem, and photos if applicable.

Not Resolved? Let Us Know

If the seller is unresponsive or you cannot reach an agreement after three business days, escalate to our support team. We review all evidence and make a fair determination.

We Get Your Money Back

Approved claims are resolved with a full refund, partial refund, or replacement. You can count on hearing from us within 48 hours. Refunds process in 5–10 business days.

What's Not Covered

Buyer Protection does not apply in the following situations:

  • ×Items damaged by the buyer after receipt.
  • ×Opened or tampered sealed products (unless received that way).
  • ×Claims submitted more than 30 days after estimated delivery.
  • ×Transactions completed outside of the Wax Trader platform.
  • ×Buyer ordering errors (wrong item or quantity) unless the seller agrees.
